ABOUT THE JOB
The Corporate Affairs Specialist is responsible for supporting the Head of the Corporate Affairs Department in managing and enhancing the company’s corporate affairs as well as external and internal communications to foster a strong operational environment for PVM China. The Specialist will aid in achieving PVM China’s strategic goals and objectives by implementing initiatives that promote a positive corporate image and ensure effective communication in both routine operations and crisis situations.
1.Assist in writing and editing the company’s internal and external promotional materials, such as press releases, announcements, and social media content.
2.Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and internal feedback, and provide regular updates to the line manager to enable timely responses.
3.Facilitate effective communication with internal teams to ensure consistent information dissemination and support PVM corporate affairs strategy. This includes managing internal communication channels and coordinating internal events and publications.
4.Participate in organizing PVM public events, such as town hall, press events and industry activities, and assist with on-site tasks.
5.Assist in establishing and nurturing positive relationships with media, government agencies, industry associations, and internal stakeholders.
