It is a top-tier travel management company (TMC) providing end-to-end travel solutions, proprietary booking technology, and 24/7 expert service to large businesses and multinational organisations across over 95 countries.   About the Opportunity As a Corporate After-Hours Consultant you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, while efficiently managing time to provide professional travel solutions to corporate clients in a high-pressure environment. Working on a 24-hour rotating roster, you must adhere to all After Hours Customer Care processes and policies. You will be required to work independently, navigate multiple GDS systems simultaneously, and issue tickets swiftly in emergency situations to meet client needs. You are expected to maintain high standards of service, while effectively handling complex travel requests.
