Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Corporate Analyst to join our Group Finance team.
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for all aspects of people cost reporting, including actuals, budget/forecast and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports and analysis. You will also be responsible for managing the payroll system rules from a Finance perspective.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Preparing the quarterly people cost forecast, from preparation in Anaplan to presentation to CFO.
  • Preparing the corporate allocation and head office recharge forecasts.
  • Ad hoc people cost and recharge analysis as required.
  • Preparing annual day rate calculations and recoverability analysis for submission to Fund Managers.
  • Maintaining the salary splits Anaplan model.
  • Loading monthly actual payroll data and preparing all payroll related, corporate allocation and head office recharge journals.
  • Preparing all payroll related monthly balance sheet reconciliations including salary clearing, bonus and leave provision accounts.
  • Managing payroll system from a Finance perspective.
  • Assisting with Finance payroll queries.
  • External audit liaison and preparing of audit work papers.
