GoodLaw Solicitors LLP is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with 5 or more years of post-qualification experience to join our growing team in Brighton and Hove. We are a vibrant, friendly firm seeking the best talent to join and grow with us. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a key role within a developing team, advising a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large corporations.
Key duties include:
· Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions, company formations, shareholders’ agreements, and joint ventures
· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including supply agreements, service agreements, and terms and conditions
· Providing strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
· Providing non-contentious employment / TUPE advice
· Assisting on sales of SPVs whose sole/main asset is real estate
· Managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
· Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors or paralegals, where appropriate
