KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years PQE with a deep focus on corporate and commercial law.
  • A proven track record of business development, with the ability to attract and grow client relationships and drive revenue.
  • Strong technical expertise in M&A, commercial contracts, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
  • A strategic mindset and a leadership approach to managing high-profile transactions and advising businesses.
  • An established client following, demonstrating success in building and retaining relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless client service.

  • Manage all stages of transactions, ensuring smooth execution and optimal results for clients.
  • Take an active role in the firm’s business development activities, contributing to overall growth and the expansion of the corporate and commercial practice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other partners to deliver integrated solutions across a range of legal services.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional development and a strong team culture.
