Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Corporate & Leisure Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in representing all areas of our renowned resort and be part of the launch of exciting expansion. You will primarily manage the local corporate and agency accounts, create and manage partnerships with local attractions and business partners and grow our weekend leisure business. This resort-based role comes with a competitive salary, as well as car allowance and annual bonus scheme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage an existing local account portfolio of both corporate clients and agents
  • Develop & grow the weekend leisure market, through 3rd party providers, DMCs, special interest groups
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities within the defined customer segment, aligned with The Belfry’s business plan
  • Drive revenue growth, and win additional events from all segments at The Belfry,. Supporting the conversion of sales leads through effective communication, conduct site visits, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Actively promote The Belfry through participation at industry exhibitions, client events, local networking opportunities, and familiarisation visits.
  • Identifying and seizing opportunities for profit, client value creation, and innovative solutions.
  • Provide support and collaborate with the on-site Events Team.
