The Opportunity We are looking for a Corporate Assistant to join our Corporate Team as part of our financial services business in Jersey. As part of the global expansion of the Maples Group’s financial services offering, our Jersey office opened its doors in January 2019. We have achieved good growth since with the Maples infrastructure and network supporting us to deliver the best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide alongside our colleagues in legal services. As part of our Jersey team you will be performing the below listed key duties: Key duties: Providing all aspects of general administrative matters to a client portfolio; Assisting the team with updating Maples systems; Processing bank payments; Assisting with the collation of client due diligence; Preparation of filings on the JFSC MyRegistry portal; Assisting with collation of documents for execution; Project work; Providing office support Requirements Strong ability to complete tasks in accordance with guidelines/instructions Proficiency in all MSOffice and Microsoft applications Ability to work on his/her own initiative as well as part of a team Excellent organisational and planning skills Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to deal with different people at different levels within the organisation and outside the organisation (i.e. clients).
