CORPORATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY | $200K–$315K| MIAMI, FL, WILMINGTON, DE, NEW YORK CITY, BALTIMORE, MD(HYBRID)

A leading law firm is seeking Corporate Attorneys with 3+ years of experience to join its expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions and high-value corporate matters for a diverse client base across multiple industries. With offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Texas, you’ll collaborate with attorneys nationwide while building your career in a supportive, professional environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of corporate law experience, including M&A, securities, finance, and/or fund formation.
• Admission to the bar in at least one of the listed states (Delaware, Florida, Maryland, or New York).
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
• Manage transactions from start to finish, including due diligence, structuring, and closing.
• Provide strategic legal and business guidance to clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices to deliver exceptional client service.
