ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking a Mid-Senior Corporate Associate to join the team on a 12 month maternity leave contract, with a possibility to extend thereafter. As Corporate Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal counsel and contributing to the overall success of our client’s business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Advise senior management on legal risks and potential impacts on business decisions
• M&A transactions acting on buy side and sell side
• Shareholders’ agreements
• Corporate reorganisations and restructures
• Joint ventures
• Founder exits.
• Employee share schemes
• Working directly with entrepreneurs, MBAs and High Net Worth Individuals
