Latitude is seeking a corporate attorney for an exciting in-house opportunity with one of its global infrastructure company clients in London. This is a great opportunity for a corporate associate or in-house counsel to join a growing company in an exciting industry. Applicants must have general corporate experience, including with UK corporate law and governance, preferably with a large, sophisticated law firm. This is an on-site position in London.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CORPORATE ATTORNEY (IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL):

  • 4+ years of UK corporate law and governance experience, either in-house or in the corporate practice group of a large, sophisticated law firm
  • Experience with administering board of directors meetings, preparing board papers, and board management software / platforms is preferred
  • Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
  • Outstanding references
  • Licensed in the UK
