The role of a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager: Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans and develope strong, low-risk commercial relationships while maintaining quality customer service. Acts as the principal account and relationship manager for new clients. Develops, generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments. Calls on existing relationships to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed. Responsible for sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing and perceptive character judgment. Responsible for monitoring credit performance and ensures compliance with all related regulations, laws, etc. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction. Cross sell other bank products. Other duties as assigned. Who should apply? We want someone who has: 4+ years commercial lending Advanced knowledge of corporate banking loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes Ability to expand corporate banking loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products. Proficiency in sales and relationship building. Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance. Ability to think critically and be process minded. Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. High degree of personal accountability. Working knowledge of a software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets. Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or other related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
