Job Details Job Location: BANGOR, WI 54614 Position Type: Full Time Developing and implementing a planogram strategy that is aligned with the marketing objectives for each category within the center store. Collaborating with the Center Store Specialist and the marketing team to develop strategic advertising plans for the center store. Engage with vendor partners to facilitate the strategic planning of their promotional items intended for inclusion in the company's weekly advertising initiatives. Leverage company point-of-sale data along with additional resources to strategically formulate an execution plan for the implementation of center store planograms. This initiative aims to maximize return on investment effectively. Establish a sustainable framework for the periodic analysis and adjustment of existing planograms. This approach will ensure ongoing optimization and responsiveness to market dynamics. Goals and Objectives: Complete initialization of all center store categories within the first 2 years. Reduce center store shrink by 15% in year one and 10% in year two. Increase center store sales by 1% year one and another 2% year two. Present plan for ongoing planogram analysis and adjustments Q1 of year two. Qualifications Experience and background make one an ideal candidate for this role: Relevant experience includes a comprehensive understanding of retail sales, with a specific focus on the grocery industry. Skills encompass strong writing, editing, and research abilities, complemented by a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of methods for retrieving and analyzing Point of Sale (POS) data to inform strategic decision-making. Achievements: Exhibits a notable and consistent trajectory of upward mobility within various retail positions, reflecting a commitment to professional growth and the ability to take on increasing responsibilities over time.
