Hours: 5am start, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

• Strong leadership, organisation, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety regulations
• Professional, reliable, and committed to excellence

• Lead and motivate a skilled cleaning team
• Ensure all areas are immaculate to the highest standards
• Plan rotas, allocate tasks, and cover absences
• Train staff and maintain health & safety compliance (including COSHH)
• Conduct inspections and address issues promptly
• Manage cleaning supplies and specialist cleaning tasks
• Interview new team members
• Invite new ideas and bring suggestions to work to a higher standard + more efficiently
