Use our network as your personal springboard. We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Client Advisor (m/f/d) for a leading regional financial institution in Bavaria.
Your tasks:
- Strategic consulting: You support your corporate clients in a partnership and on an equal footing.
- Solution development: You design tailor-made financing solutions that sustainably secure the success of your customers.
- Network expansion: They maintain existing connections and strategically acquire new partners for the institute.
- Risk management: You act independently, taking into account risk and return aspects.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed banking apprenticeship, ideally combined with a degree in economics or a qualification as a certified banking specialist (m/f/d).
- At least 5 years of sound professional experience in the banking sector, including at least 3 years in corporate client services.
- Strong sales skills, analytical risk awareness, and a confident demeanor.
Our offer for you:
- Attractive compensation: An annual target salary of €75,000 – €90,000 (divided into 13.5 salaries) plus a variable performance bonus.
- Flexible working time models: After the initial training period, up to 50% home office (2.5 days per week) and a 39-hour week with flextime.
