Job Description We are seeking a Corporate Client Services & Hospitality Specialist to join our team in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. In this permanent role, you will play an essential part in our Client Services team, providing support wherever it’s needed most. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, clients, contractors, and visitors, consistently delivering a warm and professional welcome. You will also coordinate activities in our executive boardrooms and meeting spaces, ensuring all business needs are met to the highest standard. Additionally, you will manage our busy reception area, maintaining a professional environment that reflects our company values. In this role you will: Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients, visitors and staff at Reception and Concierge, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the visitor sign-in process and grant appropriate access to maintain security and smooth operations. Oversee shared inbox and emails, responding promptly and professionally to all correspondence. Coordinate executive boardroom and meeting space bookings using the TAL administration system. Coordinate meeting requirements including catering, AV setups, and provide basic support for security, emergency and WHS services. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in corporate reception or client services roles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and booking/visitor management systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Strong ability to work under pressure and autonomously Professional presentation and a positive, service-focused attitude Experience with IT/AV systems and holding Food Handlers’/RSA certificates are highly regarded Additional Information TAL is one of Australia’s leading life insurers, committed to inclusion, and supporting the career growth of our diverse workforce.
