YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong initiative, critical thinking and commitment to quality work, and able to handle projects independently
• Prior experience in journalism and copywriting is an advantage
• Collaborative, with good interpersonal skills, a team player who strives for win-win collaboration with and positively influences internal and external stakeholders from different cultures.
• Work with integrity and maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive information.

• Craft engaging content across internal platforms, earned media, owned channels andsocial media
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement events such as townhallsand anniversary celebrations
• Support media relations and news dissemination to local and regional media, includingpreparation of news clippings
• Regularly update Henkel’s websites
• Review a selection of past stories on Henkel’s intranet and make suggestions forcontent improvement
• Support ad hoc administrative duties such as meeting minutes
