We’re looking for a Corporate Communications Manager who brings calm, clarity, and strategic direction to complex situations. If you’re a confident people leader who thrives on influence, and you know how to work with senior stakeholders through challenges and change, this is your moment.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, leading the Corporate Communications team, reporting directly in to the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications. You’ll be a key member of the Marketing & Communications Leadership Practice. You’ll partner closely with the executive team and senior leaders to, drive proactive storytelling, and manage sensitive or high-risk communications with credibility and composure.

You’ll do this by leading

  • Strategic communication planning aligned with our enterprise strategy
  • Executive and senior leader advisory on internal communication, reputation, media, and stakeholder engagement
  • Trusted issues and crisis management across all channels
  • Narrative development that protects and enhances the NZ Post brand
  • Strong media and stakeholder partnerships that build trust and advocacy
  • A high-performing team, led by you with purpose, coaching, and care
