OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY

As part of the SG Enable Communications team, you will implement end-to-end communications strategies for the organisation, with a strong focus on digital-first approaches.
You will support the organisation and its business units through integrated communications that amplify SG Enable’s voice as the focal agency for disability and inclusion in Singapore.
You will manage a varied range of work—including media relations, stakeholder engagement, content creation and marketing, and campaign planning—across both traditional and digital platforms. A key focus will be using data-driven insights to guide messaging, content formats across social media, web, and email to maximise reach and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or marketing, with a strong track record in digital communications, content marketing, and campaign management is advantageous. Recent graduates with the right aptitude will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital tools such as:
  • Content Management Systems (e.g. Site Infinity, WordPress)
  • Analytics dashboards (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
  • Social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social)
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills, with a good sense of what can work on different platforms – online and offline.
  • Excellent command of English – copywriting and narrative building.
  • Fluency in one of the other official vernacular languages (Chinese/Malay/Tamil) is a plus.
  • Basic project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced,cross-functional environment.
  • Design and video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator/Premiere Pro/Photoshop, Final Cut Pro) are advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Align communications strategies with SG Enable’s core business priorities on disability and inclusion.
  • Develop and execute digital-first marketing and communications campaigns, including content calendars, organic and paid media strategies, and community engagement.
  • Implement content marketing efforts across multiple platforms and formats (social media, website, EDMs, videos, brochures, posters), with a focus on producing accessible and inclusive content.
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email campaign metrics) to track performance and optimise communications efforts.
  • Support internal business units and collaborate with external vendors to deliver cohesive, impactful content and campaigns that meet both communications and organisational objectives.
  • Provide strategic communications support for key events.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
