Mō te tūranga | About the Role We have a great opportunity to join our People and Communications team at Westpac NZ as a Corporate Communications Specialist. If you’re looking for a role where you can see across the whole business – and help shape communications that resonate with our people - this is it. As part of the Corporate Communications team, you’ll support the planning and delivery of high-impact communications across some of Westpac’s most important enterprise priorities. From organisational strategy and performance through to enterprise-wide events like Forums and online all-ins, you’ll help bring clarity to where we’re heading and what it means for our people. You’ll play a key role in how we communicate about our culture, engagement and employee experience, helping connect our people to the organisation we’re building together and the role they play in delivering great outcomes for our customers. You’ll also lead the production of regular enterprise-wide communications and publications – sourcing content, shaping messaging and managing delivery to ensure consistency, relevance and quality.
