Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge team member to join our team, based at our clients site: Australian retirement Trustees. In the heart of Sydney CBD. The core function of this role is to create an exceptional experience for team members, members, board, executives, and guests by supporting events, community activations, tech hubs, and facilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our client’s Hubs function optimally and are fit for purpose, keeping members’ best interests at the heart of service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage front of house services, including meeting room bookings, catering requests, and concierge supplies.
Handle courier requests, deliveries, and mail distribution efficiently.
Support events with layout, setup, and breakdown activities, ensuring seamless execution.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including building inductions and access card management.
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies/uniform, ensuring stock levels are adequate and reorder as necessary.
Assist in the implementation and communication of emergency procedures, ensuring all team members and guests are informed and prepared.
