Job Description Ensure a smooth and timely month‑end consolidation of the group’s financials in line with IFRS Support entities worldwide during the group reporting process Serve as the expert and administrator for the group’s consolidation system Perform analysis in connection with the consolidation process Drive continuous improvements in consolidation systems and processes, incl. participation in projects Qualifications Proven experience in financial consolidation and ideally knowledge in IFRS reporting standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with SAP ERP as well as SAP and/or OneStream consolidation tools is highly desirable Fluent in English is required; French, Chinese and/or German is a plus A commercial education with advanced studies in Finance or Accounting is a plus (Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Finance and Accounting, Business Economist HF, CPA, or similar) Additional Information At Stäubli, we value both people and performance.
