This is an exciting opportunity for a curious, detail-oriented, and business-minded professional with at least 3 years of experience in corporate securities and governance. The role involves preparing and filing regulatory documents, maintaining corporate records, supporting board meetings, and ensuring compliance for both private and public companies. Strong knowledge of Canadian securities laws, including CSA and TSX rules and regulations, is a must. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
