To support our continued growth and reinforce our commitment to legal and contractual best practices, we are seeking a Corporate Contract Manager. This strategic role will oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, legal standards, and operational requirements.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Corporate Contract Manager will be responsible for managing all corporate agreements, driving process efficiency in contract administration, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and internal policies. This role requires a commercially minded legal professional with exceptional attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business units.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • LLB or UAE Legal Certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate contract management, legal advisory, or compliance roles.
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or government services sectors is highly advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, commercial law, and industry-specific regulations.

SKILLS

  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
  • High degree of accuracy in legal and corporate documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or contract management software (e.g., Odoo) preferred.
