Our Austin-based holding company is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee the financial operations of our portfolio, which currently includes four distinct entities. This is a critical leadership position reporting directly to the CEO. As we continue to scale, we need a strategic financial partner who can manage the complexities of a multi-entity structure. A key part of our portfolio includes a healthcare Third-Party Administrator (TPA), making this role ideal for a professional who excels at navigating high-stakes regulatory environments and fiduciary responsibilities. * Lead the monthly consolidated close process for four entities, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations. * Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing data-driven insights for portfolio growth and cash flow optimization. * Oversee financial compliance for our healthcare TPA, including ERISA standards and fiduciary fund Experience: 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Controller or VP of Finance). Licensure: Active CPA license is mandatory. Technical Expertise: Proven track record managing multi-entity consolidations and complex holding company structures, including intercompany eliminations. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of GAAP, tax functions, and treasury management. Systems: Proficiency in cloud-based ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and remote leadership tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Direct experience in the healthcare TPA or insurance sector is highly preferred. Specialized Compliance: Familiarity with ERISA standards and managing fiduciary funds. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree (MAcc or MBA) is a plus.
