ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our central brand & marketing team plays a crucial role in supporting our decentralized marketing environment, ensuring scale, consistency, and impact across all our markets.
We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Copywriter and Content Coordinator to join our central brand & marketing team, which plays a crucial role in driving SD Worx’s growth. This hands-on, collaborative role involves working with our in-house research institute, corporate communications team, other corporate departments, and local field marketing teams to create consistent corporate content. This content will be essential for campaigns, brand support, and thought leadership initiatives.
As our cCopywriter and Content Coordinator, you will, besides regularly producing various types of content, also expand SD Worx’s (digital) content footprint and raise brand awareness. The position requires high creativity, the ability to work with virtual teams, deliver high-quality content, and have a keen attention to detail.

WHICH TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

  • Create engaging, informative, and persuasive content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and more.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and HR best practices to ensure content is relevant and valuable.
  • Content management: strategy/advice and internal awareness.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, such as HR professionals and internal business leaders, to incorporate their knowledge and perspectives into the content.
  • Act as our internal journalist, always on the lookout for compelling stories and insights.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone of voice, and reflects SD Worx’s values and messaging.
  • Work with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to enhance the visual appeal and overall effectiveness of the content.
  • Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content strategies and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in content marketing, B2B thought leadership tactics, and trends in marketing in general.
