We are looking for a recent graduate from Law School with experience or special interest in Corporate Law. Job Description Responsibilities include advising assigned lines of business by: Reviewing and approving all contracts related to certain lines of business Providing legal advice related to executed contracts or business projects Providing support with new products and services, including analyzing and proposing the legal framework or structure for such new product/service, assist in negotiations of any required contracts and prepare contract templates to engage prospective clients. Supporting compliance function of each line of business Other legal projects and key initiatives, as needed. Qualifications Graduate from Law School Bilingual oral and written English skills The ability to work effectively and collaboratively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
