The Corporate Counsel is responsible for providing comprehensive legal and business support to Concord Servicing. Key duties include negotiating and drafting service agreements, collaborating with management to deliver practical solutions, and coordinating with external counsel on international legal matters. The role also oversees business licensing, and handles consumer complaints, regulatory issues, and litigation, ensuring compliance and effective risk management throughout the organization.
