Job Description As a corporate counsel at Wix, you'll handle some of the biggest legal challenges of the information age. You'll work on cutting-edge technology and tackle complex legal issues while ensuring Wix's success. In your day-to-day, you will Work closely with our M&A and Investment teams to ensure a streamlined process to close our acquisitions effectively Prepare SEC filings such as Form 20-F, quarterly earnings press releases (6-K), proxy statements, and other periodic reports Work closely with our employee equity departments to tackle ongoing issues that arise from our global employee compensation plans Work with external counsel (in Israel and abroad) to understand and solve issues raised in our practice, and implement business-enabling solutions Assist in product and commercial tasks needed by our department Become well-acquainted with and keep us up to date with corporate and securities compliance issues At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Qualifications Requirements 4–6 years of experience in M&A, U.S. securities & capital markets/corporate departments of leading firms or as in-house legal counsel Experience in negotiating M&A and investment transactions Deep understanding of corporate law and corporate governance Expertise in preparing SEC filings Fluent spoken and written English Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills Additional Information We are Wix's Legal team.
