With increasing work-related stress, burnout risks, and growing mental health awareness, we seek a dedicated Corporate Counselor to provide confidential psychological support and implement structured wellbeing initiatives. This role will play a key part in fostering a positive, resilient, and supportive work culture. Key Responsibilities Provide confidential one-on-one counseling to employees dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional concerns, and personal or workplace-related challenges. Offer short-term therapeutic interventions, guidance, and referrals when required. Design and conduct mental health workshops, awareness sessions, and wellbeing programs focused on resilience, stress management, emotional intelligence, and healthy workplace relationships. Promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma through proactive initiatives and campaigns. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support employee wellbeing strategies and organizational goals. Identify workplace stress trends and provide insights or recommendations while maintaining confidentiality. Support crisis intervention and critical incident response when necessary. Ensure compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality norms, and global best practices in workplace mental health and wellbeing. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field. Relevant certification or licensure in counseling or mental health practice (as applicable). 2–5 years of experience in counseling, employee assistance programs (EAP), corporate wellness, or a similar setting (experience in a corporate environment preferred). Strong understanding of workplace mental health, stress management, and employee wellbeing frameworks.
