Job Description As our Culinary & Operations Coach, you will be at the heart of our business, inspiring and supporting our corporate stores and their teams to achieve exceptional results. Your role will be about more than operations—you’ll be a mentor, motivator, and leader, helping our teams grow while ensuring every customer experiences outstanding food and service. Upholding the highest standards in food safety, quality, and operational excellence will be your non-negotiable priority, while also fostering vibrant, high-performing restaurant teams that customers love to visit. We know valuable experience comes in many forms, but specifically, we’re looking for someone who brings: Multi-site management expertise: Hands-on experience managing corporate restaurants across multiple locations, ensuring consistent standards and operational efficiency. Exceptional stakeholder management skills: The ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, store managers, and cross-functional partners to drive results collaboratively. Brand advocacy: A genuine passion for the GYG brand and the ability to represent and promote our values and products in every interaction. Profitability focus: Proven experience in driving sales growth, managing budgets, and delivering results while maintaining operational and culinary excellence.
