Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Content DevelopmentThe Culinary Trainer is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s culinary digital training programs through the Learning Management System (LMS) within Paylocity, ensuring consistent training delivery across all culinary operations.Culinary LMS Administration & ImplementationUtilize the Paylocity LMS platform to assign, track, and manage culinary training programs for kitchen staff across all divisions.Monitor employee training progress, completion rates, and certification status.Ensure all required training modules are completed in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Generate training reports to support management reviews, compliance verification, and audit preparation.Develop and continuously expand the LMS training library with high-quality learning materials, including:Instructional training videosCulinary demonstration recordingsPresentations and visual guidesQuizzes and knowledge testsStep-by-step standard operating procedures (SOPs)Convert operational procedures, recipes, and safety standards into structured digital learning modules.Ensure training materials reflect current culinary practices, equipment use, food safety requirements, and operational procedures.Continuous ImprovementRegularly review and update training materials to maintain accuracy and relevance.Identify training gaps based on operational performance, audits, and quality reviews.
