Description
Lead the planning, execution, and management of new corporate deposits initiative from concept to execution. Assemble and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to advancing corporate banking and deposit growth, cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability. Develop new product offerings and implement strategies, to establish and grow the corporate deposits business leveraging data-driven insights and market opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and written communications for executive leadership and key stakeholders regarding corporate banking strategies and performance. 10-15 years of Experience in commercial or private banking, managing deposits and cash management offerings Deep knowledge of the corporate treasury and cash management space Experience with developing strategy and business development Bachelor's Degree required, Preferred Master's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business, preferred. Expertise in conveying complex banking and financial issues to decision-makers. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
