Support the development and execution of the Corporate Banking Payments Strategy, concept to execution. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and written communications for executive leadership and key stakeholders regarding corporate banking payment strategies, execution, and performance. 7+ years of experience in Commercial or Business Banking Payments Product management Deep Knowledge of corporate treasury and cash management processes Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, strategic initiatives with challenging deadlines BA/BS required; Master's degree in Finance or Business preferred Expertise in conveying complex banking and financial issues to decision-makers. Strong ability to switch contexts, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change Analytical & strategic thinker able to define and evaluate alternatives, problem solve, and translate goals into specific project tasks Excellent relationship building capabilities with internal and external partners to build consensus, drive solutions Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills, with ability to put together cohesive, senior management-ready decks. Including proficiency is MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word) Proficient in market research, tool utilization, and business analysis, including ROI case studies and transformation business cases Thrives in high-pressure and challenging business environments often working under challenging timelines Display entrepreneurial initiative and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
