THE CORPORATE STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Leading on all fundraising activity
• Ensuring the business has a clear long term capital plan.
• Leading on all investor relations activities.
• Support on longer-term strategic thinking and any new product or geo launches.
• Leading on any M&A opportunities, from initial analysis through to execution and implementation.
  We’re looking for an Analyst to join the team. This role will have the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of Marshmallow, and benefit from a great level of exposure to the leadership team (SLT) and external investors along the way.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support on any external fundraising activities - this will span from creating an initial plan for the capital needs of the group through to material preparation and investor discussions.
• Support on investor relations activities, including quarterly board materials and other ad hoc board reporting.
• Support the development and execution of Marshmallow’s company strategy. Driving high quality analysis that enables informed decision making for key strategic questions.
• Create an M&A strategy and support any M&A processes.
