Description StrideCare is looking to add an Analyst of Corporate Development to the team. This high-impact position will support and lead various aspects of the end-to-end M&A process. This role offers high exposure to senior leadership and direct involvement in strategic decision making. The Company is a multi-state, highly acquisitive multi-specialty medical group that provides comprehensive lower extremity care through our integrated clinical network of vascular surgeons, podiatrists and wound care professionals. The Company is private-equity backed and has a strong focus on growth through M&A. Responsibilities: Analyze and execute on mergers & acquisitions activity throughout the entire deal life-cycle (sourcing, pre-LOI, post-LOI, integration, etc.) Internal and external collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including but not limited to internal departments, third-party advisors and external parties (sellers/admins, bankers, brokers, counsel, etc.) Conduct financial and business due diligence Develop comprehensive, flexible financial models including in-depth analyses and forecasting Prepare reports, presentations and memorandums regarding potential investment opportunities and present to senior leadership Ad-hoc analyses / special projects as needed Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses a strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with problem solving and analytical prowess Entrepreneurial-minded and results-oriented individual with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and expeditiously, with limited supervision Understanding of M&A, especially the healthcare / physician practice management space Ability to process and distill high-impact takeaways from large sets of raw data Advanced Excel and modeling / financial valuation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 1-2 years of experience with QoE, TAS, corporate development or investment banking in the healthcare field *StrideCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
