Description Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Corporate Development & Business Analyst Intern to support strategic initiatives including market research, corporate development, M&A research, and operational projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to how companies evaluate growth opportunities, acquisitions, and business process and analysis. Responsibilities Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competitors, and potential acquisition or partnership opportunities Assist with analysis of companies and markets to support corporate development and strategic planning Prepare research summaries, presentations, and internal reports for leadership Support due diligence and data organization for potential deals or partnerships Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the corporate development team This is a 12-week onsite internship based in our Plymouth, MN office. Occasional travel to other office locations across the U.S. may be required. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and Google Workspace Interest in corporate strategy, M&A, or business development
Responsibilities
The intern will support strategic initiatives by conducting market and industry research to identify trends and potential acquisition opportunities. Responsibilities also include assisting with company analysis, preparing research summaries and reports for leadership, and supporting due diligence and administrative tasks for the corporate development team.
