Description

Assist the Corporate Development team in the identification, evaluation, execution, and integration of acquisition opportunities Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in various industries. Assist in the development of financial models and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives. Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing relevant data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. Curious, motivated, and self-driven Strong research, analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills Possess business acumen and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
