YOUR CHALLENGE Enable the business strategy process from strategy definition to strategy implementation Ensure strategic alignment across the organization Support the various entities / units within the organization in defining and operationalizing their strategies Develop business cases related to potential new markets, locations, client segments and services Identify and assess external growth opportunities i.e. Merger & Acquisition targets in line with strategic direction Generate strategic insights based on in-depth research, outline recommendations and enable informed decision-making of senior leadership Develop measures, projects and initiatives that enable the realization of the organization’s strategy and objectives Drive strategic projects and initiatives that address the organization’s strategic priorities YOUR PROFILE Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks Excellent project management skills Financial and/or Merger & Acquisition modelling, valuation and financial planning and analysis skills Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Relevant higher educational and professional background We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
