We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to join our Corporate Development team and support the execution of our ambitious inorganic growth plans. Working closely with the Group Head of Corporate Development, you will play a key role in delivering transactions end‑to‑end and contributing to strategic expansion. Main Responsibilities Lead M&A transactions from initial evaluation through to completion Prepare investment papers, valuations, and financial models to support decision-making Support deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation with legal and advisors Manage transaction timelines and coordinate day-to-day project delivery Oversee due diligence processes across internal teams and external advisors Provide clear updates and recommendations to senior management and the Board Support successful post-merger integration of acquisitions #LI-JM1 #LI-Hybrid Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience 6+ years’ M&A experience (Big 4, investment bank, or corporate) with end-to-end deal exposure Experience in financial or professional services (tech-enabled preferred) Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and transaction processes Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholder exposure Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Collaborative mindset with high professional standards and attention to detail Additional Information All staff are expected to embody our core values that underpin everything that we do and that reflect the skills and behaviours we all need to be successful.
