On behalf of our partner network, we're recruiting a Corporate Development Manager in New York. Corporate Development Manager - New York Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 annually. What you'll be responsible for: The selected candidate for the Corporate Development Manager role will lead strategic growth initiatives, evaluate and execute M&A transactions, and build partnerships that accelerate the company's market position. You will translate corporate strategy into actionable deals and alliances. You will: Lead end-to-end M&A processes (target identification, financial modeling, due diligence, valuation analysis, deal structuring, and integration planning) Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate acquisition targets, partnership opportunities, and strategic investments across the healthcare technology landscape Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify white space opportunities and assess the strategic fit of potential transactions Partner with executive leadership to develop and refine corporate strategy, evaluating build vs. buy decisions, market entry strategies, and portfolio optimization Manage relationships with external advisors (investment banks, legal counsel, consultants) and coordinate cross-functional deal teams Lead due diligence workstreams covering financial, commercial, operational, and technical assessments of target companies You'll be a strong match if you have: 3-5+ years in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms) with exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or technology sectors Experience in corporate development, M&A advisory, investment banking, or private equity with deal execution experience Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, i.e., you build DCF models, perform comparable company analysis, and assess deal economics The ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines Exceptional analytical skills combined with strategic thinking, i.e., you can zoom in on details and zoom out to see the bigger picture Executive presence and communication skills, i.e., you can present deal recommendations to C-suite leaders and boards How to apply: Step 1: Submit your application.
