Description
Lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, including investment strategy, target sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and execution. Build and manage comprehensive financial models to assess investments including valuation, synergy analysis via discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, scenario, sensitivity and ROI/IRR analysis Partner with key business unit leaders and senior leadership to assess investment opportunities Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline by cultivating relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and industry founders. Lead and manage project teams across diligence process and coordinating with cross-functional internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and external advisors (accountants, lawyers, bankers). Drive the strategic narrative and business case for each transaction, presenting clear investment theses and synergy assessments to executive stakeholders 5+ years experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Consulting or Finance & Accounting (with a focus on Corporate Transactions) Proven track record of successfully leading M&A transactions from sourcing to close, particularly within the technology sector. Deep expertise in building and managing complex financial modeling and conducting valuation analysis. Proactive and self-driven with ability to work in high growth / fast paced environment, managing multiple projects Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus with senior executives. An established network of relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and other key players in the consulting and IT services space. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. MBA or an advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
