Corporate Director of McLeod Health On Call - McLeod HealthCall -Full-time Responsibilities: Job Summary: The Director will oversee day-to-day operations of the HealthCall service center, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Exhibits superior interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on communication with the ability to guide others in a fast-paced team-oriented environment in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive nurse triage program and call center service strategy to support the vision and mission of Mcleod Health. Provides leadership and direction to HealthCall staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with hospital and community partners to support program goals and objectives. Develops and implements appropriate training for new hires, and ongoing education for existing staff to ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles efficiently. Monitors performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and service quality. Develops and manages operating budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Informs strategic decision-making by staying informed of industry trends and emerging best practices. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Healthcare environment. 3 or more years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility in a healthcare setting. Written and oral communication skills of all ages and diverse background. Previous case management, care coordination or call center experience required.
