Job Details Job Location: Hanover, PA 17331 Job Shift: Day The Corporate Facilities Technician is responsible for the upkeep and appearance of the organization’s headquarters grounds and facilities. This role performs a variety of basic handyman, repair, and maintenance tasks to support daily operations. The position may also travel to off-site company locations as needed to provide maintenance support. · Performs groundskeeping duties, including snow and ice removal from entrances, walkways, and parking areas, and applies ice melt or salt as required. · Completes routine maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, landscaping, minor plumbing and electrical fixes, carpentry, furniture assembly, and general building upkeep. · Conducts basic equipment maintenance on tools, small machinery, and groundskeeping equipment. · Assists with setting up and tearing down workspaces, meeting areas, and special project needs. · Identifies and reports facility or safety issues requiring advanced repair or contractor services. · Maintains clean and safe work areas both inside and outside all facilities. · Follows standard safety practices and complies with all organizational and regulatory safety requirements. · Provides maintenance support at off-site company locations, requiring occasional travel. · Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications · General mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain and operate groundskeeping and maintenance equipment. · Basic knowledge of handyman trades such as carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work. · Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. · Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify maintenance needs and recommend solutions. · Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. · Good communication skills and a customer-service–oriented approach when interacting with staff or visitors.
