REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to proactively identify operational inefficiencies and user friction points without relying on detailed guidance.
• Must be capable of designing and executing data-driven optimization initiatives that enhance process efficiency and overall user experience.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently develop and implement strategies focused on user acquisition, conversion, and retention. Should demonstrate end-to-end execution skills, from insight generation to measurable impact on user growth.
• Bilingual English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• All Fiat Currency Operations: Managed end to end big corporation organizations and US Dollar trading management
• Onboard new Corporate Clients. Manage relationships with existing payment partners, while supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new partners to expand and strengthen our Fiat infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain relationship/performance of Fiat payment channels.
• Manage key performance metrics related to full Fiat operations.
• Contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives related to Fiat operations.
• Support data growth strategies, identify opportunities to enhance conversion rates within payment flows, and implement risk mitigation measures
