Must have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Finance or a related discipline, with CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
  • Strong financial modelling, investment evaluation and analytical skills, with the ability to assess opportunities, challenge assumptions and support business decision-making.
  • Experience interpreting financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights, recommendations and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • A proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative, sound judgement and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, commercial finance or investment analysis environments.
  • Experience developing financial models to support infrastructure, pricing, funding or investment decisions.
  • Experience supporting long-term financial planning, forecasting, scenario modelling or business case development.
  • Exposure to regulatory, pricing or revenue management frameworks. 
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making and financial sustainability initiative
