Your responsibilities:

• Loan management and monitoring, including correspondence with credit institutions

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for banks and (co-)investors

• Participation in the acquisition, negotiation, and conclusion of property and project financing, as well as the corresponding structuring of real estate financing

• Preparation of profitability and investment calculations

• Project evaluations and preparation of rental space and project cost calculations

• Project controlling with regard to performance, costs, deadlines, and risks

• Development and implementation of an internal planning and controlling process (profit forecasting, project reports, target/actual comparisons)

Your profile:

• Completed business administration degree with a focus on finance/real estate or a comparable qualification

• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in standard MS Office applications

• Commitment and personal dedication, as well as a strong affinity for numbers
