Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Finance Expert to work on a Full-Time basis. The role requires evaluating financial risks, optimizing capital structure, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize capital allocation and reduce costs.• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess investment opportunities and risk exposures.• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.• Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and valuation assessments.• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while maintaining audit readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques is required.• Proficiency in financial reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards is required.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.• Knowledge of corporate finance principles and capital markets is required.• Experience with ERP systems or financial software is preferred.
