About this role Our Strategic Finance team serves as a strategic partner to Aidoc's leadership, driving data-informed decisions that shape our company's future. The team is responsible for owning the company's budget, driving annual planning processes, allocating and deploying the company's resources efficiently, performing financial analyses, evaluating M&A opportunities, supporting fundraises and partnering with teams across the company. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, a great communicator, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You’ll get substantial visibility, focus on the highest-priority business issues and be plugged into every facet of the business. We are currently seeking a team member to lead Corporate Finance on the Strategic Finance team. Responsibilities Support Aidoc’s annual planning, quarterly board reporting and monthly financial and business performance review processes Build & own core operating models to help identify key business drivers and maintain a dynamic forecast in a fast changing environment Establish high-quality internal and external reporting packages covering financial & operational performance Drive annual and long-range planning cycles, informing capital allocation decisions and setting operating budgets Drive culture of performance management with real time dashboards, KPIs, and insights into emerging trends Partner with Accounting to uphold the integrity and enhance the utility of our financial statements Prepare and deliver presentations for the Executive Leadership Team Requirements 7+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in a high-growth environment; investment banking or consulting experience a plus Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently see issues through to resolution Proven track record of managing multiple work streams and consistently meeting deadlines Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen, with strong written & verbal communication skills Experience collaborating with cross-functionally and business partnering Ability to work independently, think critically and problem solve structurally in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment Experience building and managing forecasting platforms (e.g., Pigment) for reporting and planning Fundamental understanding of software business models and key KPIs Strong candidates may have Background in healthcare technology companies, particularly high-growth SaaS or AI/ML organizations Track record of AI-driven process automation and systems implementation MBA, CFA or relevant advanced degree Working at Aidoc Our Perks: Be part of something big - using cutting-edge technologies to transform the Healthcare industry (while saving patients’ lives) We work in a hybrid model, with our new offices located at 34 HaMasger Street in Tel Aviv and parking for employees.
