About the role:

Assist with the review of financing arrangements, business plans/projections and financial statements;

  • Manage and execute real estate capital raises (debt & equity), ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
  • Analyse and evaluate real estate development and investment funding opportunities, providing data-driven insights to inform the development of funding and capital structures.
  • Assist with the preparation of option papers and information memorandums to support new capital and/or refinance existing capital structures;
  • Build relationships with a diverse range of clients, including investors, developers, and other professionals.
  • Source new deals and contribute to our strategic growth by creating compelling business cases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland and our global network to maximise opportunities.

About you:

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Proven experience related to the Real Estate sector in corporate finance / banking / investment banking / family office or similar environment;
  • Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven project management skills and enjoy managing a wide range of tasks/projects at any one time;
  • Personable team player with the ability to create confidence and trust with both colleagues and clients; and
  • ACA / CFA / ACCA qualified or equivalent is preferable.
