Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to lead critical initiatives including initial public offering (IPO) preparation, capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, and long-term financial planning. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership and external stakeholders, driving key financial decisions to support the company’s growth and capital market objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
  • Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or MBA) preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in: Corporate finance or capital markets, Investment banking / IPO advisory, M&A execution and fundraising
  • Proven track record of IPO involvement, either as part of an advisory team or in-house listing
  • Solid exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and capital structuring
Responsibilities
  • Lead IPO readiness and execution, including coordinating with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators (e.g., SGX, MAS, or other jurisdictions)
  • Oversee preparation of key IPO documentation: prospectus, financial disclosures, roadshow materials
  • Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic investments
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution: due diligence, valuation, modelling, structuring, negotiations, and integration
  • Manage capital raising efforts, including debt/equity financing and investor relations preparation
  • Prepare board papers, investment memoranda, and executive presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants
  • Stay abreast of market trends, IPO regulations, capital markets developments, and investor expectations
